Return Policy
At Radha Manoharam Textiles, every product is handcrafted and curated with utmost care, representing the heritage of Indian handlooms. However, in the rare event that you are unsatisfied due to a valid reason, our return policy allows for the following:
Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted only in cases of:
• Damaged or defective products
• Incorrect item(s) shipped
Intimation Period: You must inform us of any issue within 72 hours of receiving the product, via email or WhatsApp, with accompanying photos and order details.
Approval Process: Once your request is reviewed, you will be notified about return eligibility. If approved, the product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Products:
• Products purchased on sale or through special offers
• Made-to-order or customized pieces
• Items with minor irregularities typical of handloom fabrics
Refund Mode: Refunds, if approved, will be processed only as a credit note for a validity of 3 months from the date of purchase.
